How it works

Reward tracking with clear states.

From opportunity discovery to redemption, each stage has its own eligibility, validation and support rules.

1

Account and eligibility

Create or access your account using the sign-in options available in the app. Activity availability may depend on country, device, age, profile, account standing and provider inventory.

2

Activity instructions

Review the displayed requirements, reward state and any provider-specific terms before starting. Some survey opportunities begin with screening questions.

3

Completion and attribution

CoinAura or a third-party provider receives a completion or conversion event. Device identifiers, campaign data and account references may be used to match the event.

4

Validation

Events can remain pending while checks are completed. Duplicate accounts, automation, VPN misuse, incomplete requirements or partner reversals can make an event ineligible.

5

Eligible balance

Only validated value becomes eligible for redemption. Displayed thresholds, methods, denominations and verification requirements may differ by account and region.

6

Redemption review

Requests may be processed automatically or manually, depending on risk checks and provider availability. Failed requests may be retried, returned, held for review or cancelled.

Reward states

What each status generally means.

Tracked

An activity event has been received but has not completed all validation checks.

Pending

The event is awaiting provider confirmation, holding period or internal review.

Eligible

The reward has passed applicable checks and contributes to redeemable balance.

Reversed

A previous event was invalidated by a provider, duplicate check, refund or policy review.

No guaranteed outcome: Opening or completing an activity does not always create an eligible reward. Qualification, attribution and validation rules still apply.
