Account deletion
Request deletion from the app or by email.
CoinAura provides an in-app path where available and a public email process for users who cannot access the app.
Option 1
Delete inside the app
- Open CoinAura and sign in.
- Go to Profile or Account settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the notice and confirm the request.
Option 2
Request by email
Email support@coinaura.in from the address associated with your CoinAura account.
Subject: CoinAura Account Deletion Request
Include your account email and a brief confirmation that you want the account deleted. Do not include your password or OTP.
What happens next
Deletion and required retention.
Account access and ordinary profile information will be deleted or de-identified after verification and processing. Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for reward accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, tax, legal or provider obligations.
Processing note: A deletion request may cancel pending activities or redemptions that cannot be completed without an active account. Support will communicate any material limitation applicable to the request.
